About the Carpet Cleaning Equipment We Use

We use a state-of-the-art CleanCo truck-powered, truck-mounted drive shaft carpet cleaner. This is five times stronger than a portable for getting the carpet cleaner and drier.
 
We use an RX 20 rotary-power head carpet scrubber and extractor along with a wand for getting into the edges of the carpet.

About Our Carpet Cleaning Method

First we look the carpet over for spots and move small items. We give recommendations on areas needing repair or stretching. We pre-spray with traffic-lane cleaner, then shampoo with a soap-free cleaner*. We also clean the edges – including cleaning off the wallboards. The rest of the carpet is cleaned using the RX 20 rotary power head.

*The cleaner we use is non-residual, nonallergenic, nontoxic, foam free, detergent free, enzyme free, colorless, odorless and biodegradable.

About Our Upholstery Cleaning Method

First, we identify what type of fabric it is to know what kind of shampoo is needed for cleaning it. We can set the dye if needed. Then, we inspect the piece of upholstery for any damage to the fabric. We use an upholstery shampoo along with an upholstery tool to clean it.

About Our Rug Cleaning Method:
 

1. Examine the rug for type
2. Test for bleeding of the material
3. Set dye if necessary with special solution
4. Shake and vacuum both sides
5. Adjust temperature of cleaning solution according to rug type
6. Pre-spray with Oriental rug shampoo*
7. Rinse out and blow dry
8. Check fringe and treat if need be

*Our shampoo is soap free, allergen free, and uses natural oxygen, released to brighten the carpet and destroy microorganisms. The shampoo contains no solvents, butyl, surfactants, soaps, or chlorides. This means your rug will stay cleaner longer because no residue from chemicals is left behind.
